Pepper Coatings LLC has been servicing Walmart for many years. This Walmart Distribution Center #6056 is located in the Metrocrest Business Park, near the intersection of Interstate 20 and FM 148 on the western side of Terrell.

We were called out to locate and repair water leaks coming into the structure on the north side of the property. We located a 30-foot section along the drip edge where the fasteners were heavily rusted, allowing water to come into the building. We had also noticed the fasteners for the lightning rod assembly were loose, which was allowing water into the structure. Silicone mastic was applied to these locations. Silicone mastic is a long-term solution and should last 15 to 20 years.
