Pepper Coatings LLC was called out to the Drivers Edge in Allen, Texas on West McDermott Drive to locate and repair several roof leaks. This property is located at the intersection of West McDermott Drive and Alma Drive, just south of Braum’s Ice Cream and Dairy Store and southeast of Kroger.

After locating 6 leaks along the back wall of the structure, we recommended a silicone roof coating to repair the damaged sections of Modified Bitumen (Mod-Bit) roof membrane. After receiving a contract we got right to work. We applied silicone mastic into scupper drains, around a pipe jack, and around a mechanical vent, then coated over these locations with Lapolla’s Thermo-Sil HS-3210 high solids silicone. These repairs took about 3 hours to complete and should last around 15 years.
