- Power wash roofing system
- Apply acrylic mastic as needed to open vertical seams, roof closures, and penetrations, in addition to 3-course work as needed at penetrations and seams
- Apply dark grey Lapolla Thermo-Flex 1000 acrylic roof coating over the existing metal roof in 2 passes
