In July of 2021 Pepper Coatings LLC was contracted by GoodYear Tire to install a silicone roof coating manufactured by GAF over their 60,000 sq ft industrial retread facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. This property is located at 7510 Fluid Dr., at the intersection of Fourche Dam Pike and East Belt Freeway 440, in an industrial and commercial zone near the Port of Little Rock and the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport.
