Lucas #8000 silicone: sample 20-year full-system warranty
Lucas has supplied a sample 20-year full-system performance warranty for its #8000 silicone roof restoration system. For qualifying projects, warranty availability is subject to Lucas approval, the building-specific specification, completed warranty requirements, and the issued warranty terms.
The sample addresses manufacturing and installation defects that cause covered roof leaks. It requires regular roof inspection and maintenance, includes claim deadlines and exclusions, and identifies applicator labor responsibility for repairs during the first two years.
Read the Lucas #8000 silicone 20-year full-system warranty sample (PDF). This is a sample document, not an issued warranty for a particular property. The specified system and the individual issued warranty control coverage.
Since 2013, Pepper Coatings LLC has specialized exclusively in commercial roof restoration using silicone and acrylic elastomeric coatings throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. We serve commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties and provide flat roof leak detection and repair.
